This news section is keep the users informed about new items affecting MVI Live Stats development and planned releases. Since 2008 till December 2009 we have had a total of 14 development releases. Most of those releases are now covered by user manual and the news section of the website. This section will focus on all development December 2009 and beyond.
Widget Tracking Development
Tracking of Flash widgets which utilizing multiple videos. This programming enables owners to fully track the use of these widgets on other sites by identifying the individual users and the videos viewed. Widget tracking will be a significant new area of development for MVI Live Stats in the future. Recently we have completed the tracking of Kicks Apps video widgets and now we are planning the development of adding MVI Live Stats tracking to the dash board as a standard feature for all future KickApps role outs.
New Platform
Our original platform for real time web analytics was called mviSPY and it was initially developed in 2008. The name change to MVI Live stats and the platform improvements were done to handle the success of the SAAS web analytics platform. Over the past fourteen months the demand for our software has rendered several functions not adequate to handle the use. So the new platform and name MVI Live Stats was released in Beta version in early November and live production model December 16, 2009. This new platform will enable MVI to handle much larger volume and new clients. The system has improved custom reports, more robust display features, redundant hosting servers, powerful new features to identify pay per click traffic and many small upgrades to make this release user friendly.
