This section allows you to use/manage the mviSLM system. The top navigation has different links that you can click on to accomplish different mviSLM related task. Below is a list of the main modules active in mviSLM and what they entail.
Leads - Allows you to add/edit/delete your leads. Leads can be sorted and searched using a number of criteria. From this location you will be able to retrieve lead demographic information as well as interaction history with individual leads. You will see a list of emails, notes, calls, meetings and attachments associated with each individual lead within each lead record.
Contacts - Allows you to add/edit/delete your contacts. Contacts can be sorted and searched using a number of criteria. From this location you will be able to retrieve contact information as well as interaction history with each individual contact. You will see a list of emails, notes, calls, meetings and attachments associated with each individual contact within each contact record.
Accounts - Allows you to add/edit/delete your accounts. Accounts can be sorted and searched using a number of criteria. From this location you will be able to retrieve account demographic information as well as interaction history with each individual account. You will see a list of emails, notes, calls, meetings, leads, contacts and attachments associated with each individual account within each account record.
User Management - Allows you to add/edit/delete mviSLM users and their roles. You can only have as many users as what you are currently paying for. If you are paying for 5 mviSLM users, then you can have up to 5 mviSLM user accounts.
Calendar- Allows you to see all activity scheduled including meetings, calls, tasked and days off.
